Регина Сафарова

Специализируется в области обучающих проектов/программ, организационного развития, формирования оценочного потенциала. Имеет высшее экономическое (Ирригационный институт) и педагогическое (Университет мировых языков) образование. Имеет опыт работы с проектами/программами во всех странах Центральной Азии, а также Армении, России и Афганистане. В качестве консультанта по оценке имеет опыт работы в команде для таких международных организаций, как МОТ, ЮНДП, Всемирный Банк, ЮСАИД, ГЭФ и другие. Автор ряда статей по мониторингу и оценке, а также развитию гражданского общества, опубликованных в Узбекистане, Казахстане и России. Выступает в качестве тренера и консультанта по мониторингу и оценке.

Regina Safarova

R. Safarova has worked in international non-commercial organizations more than 19 years old (as a Researcher in the Representative Office in Uzbekistan of Friedrich Ebert Foundation since 2006 till 2016 and as a Program Officer of Regional Office of Eurasia Foundation first on Central Asia and then of Uzbekistan since 1997 till 2006). Field of activity embraces researching and developing priority directions to be financed, initial project appraisal, project/program planning, monitoring and final evaluation of project/program as well as country institutional capacity building of evaluation. R. Safarova specializes on training/educational project/programs, organizational development, evaluation capacity building. R. Safarova has high economic (Institute of Irrigation) and pedagogical education (University of World Languages). R. Safarova has experience to work with projects in all countries of Central Asia as well as in Armenia, Russia and Afghanistan. R. Safarova has worked as a team member on evaluation with a number of international organizations like ILO, UNDP, World Bank, USAID, GEF and others. R. Safarova is an author of a number of articles on monitoring and evaluation and on development of civil society, published in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Russia.
